To whom it may concern, Some months ago family members of ours saw a sign in their street for a house for rent to own. We were stuck in the rent trap at the time and while we both have a good income we just weren't in the position to save enough money for a mortgage deposit anytime soon. We liked the house and being close to our family made sense. We only had a small deposit but this gave us the ability to get out of the rut we were in. Toby was easy to deal with and he explained things so we both new what the story was, and we are now in a home we can call our own. We would recommend others to deal with Toby and his team.

To whom it may concern, Up till the last few weeks Ralph and myself had been renting and we just seemed to be flittering away our money. We new we wanted to own our own house but because Ralph is self-employed and I'm a full time mother it made it difficult, not to mention getting enough money together to raise the finance.
