My wife and I met Phillip & Lindsey Warrick about 2 years ago when we were looking for a house in the Deer Park area. We saw one of their signs, "Lease Option" on Hillshire in Deer Park. We moved in 2 weeks later and after one year we bought one of his other homes that fit our family needs a little better. Phillip and Lindsey really helped us out. Myself Teresa and my daughter Kayla were given an opportunity of a life time,… a chance to have a home of our own.
It was really an opportunity of a lifetime, because an average Joe these days find it hard and even impossible to afford a deposit or even earn enough for the bank to lend on a home loan.
Mike and Melanie gave me this incredible opportunity, and with a bit of work on my home I have a great and profitable investment for myself and my child.
